II. BOOKING PROCEDURE

1. Enquiry & Confirmation: Contact us via www.windernestthrissur.com, phone or Whatsapp to check availability
2. Advance Payment: Pay an initial booking amount of 30% per person to confirm
3. Final Payment: Complete the full payment 20 days before departure.
4. Documentation: Submit a copy of a valid ID proof (Aadhar Passport/Driving Licence).
5. Booking Confirmation: Receive a confirmation email/SMS/Whatsapp with travel details
6. Departure: Arrive at the boarding point 60 minutes before departure.

III. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 90% refund total cost of package
• Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 7 days of departure: No refund
• In case of tour cancellation by Winder Nest Thrissur: Full refund or reschedule option.

NOTES

• ID Card used for taking ticket IS NECESSARY FOR ENTRY
• Since it's a pilgrim yathra all passengers must avoid consumption of any sort of alcoholic drinks, using pan and smoking inside the bus and rooms.
• All the pilgrims are requested to follow the mentioned time scheduled and reporting time mandatory to complete the pilgrimage timely
• All the payments should be cleared before starting of the trip as per the payment schedule
• Basic medicines for fever, loose motion, motion sickness, small wounds, gastric problems are available (contact tour manager). Please carry your usual medicines along with you
• Drinking water is available in bus during the trip 1 liter/ day
• In case of unforeseen situations, like weather conditions or government restriction, technical issues, certain activities may be cancelled or rescheduled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
• The above mentioned itinerary is only tentative, according to the real situation coordinators may vary the schedule for successful completion on the trip

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking Confirmation: Advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be completed before departure.
2. Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be processed as per the cancelled terms mentioned.
3. Itinerary Changes: Winder Nest Thrissur (Tour operator) reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other operational issues.
4. ID Proof: Passengers must carry a valid government-issued ID proof during travel.
5. Behavior & Conduct: Any misconduct or violation of group travel policies may result in termination from the tour without a refund.
6. Health & Safety: Travelers with medical conditions should inform the tour operator before booking.
7. Liability: Winder Nest Thrissur (Tour operator) is not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of belongings, or unforeseen disruptions beyond our control.
8. Accommodation: Hotels are subject to availability. Equivalent alternatives will be arranged if needed.
9. Meals: Only vegetarian meals will be provided as part of the package
